Terms and privacy

The service

Reelamo creates video ads from your description and material. Scripts, voices and some images are made with AI, so review every ad before you publish it.

Your material

Only upload photos, videos, logos and music you have the rights to. You keep ownership of your material and of the ads you make.

Plans and billing

Plans renew monthly and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Unused ads expire at the end of each period. Failed ads don't count.

Storage and deletion

Files attached to an ad and the rendered videos are deleted automatically after 7 days, so download your ads in time. Your media library is kept until you delete it or close your account. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

Your data

You can download all your data or delete your account from your account settings at any time.

Processors

To make ads, your text and images are processed by OpenAI. Payments are handled by Stripe, files are stored with Cloudflare, and stock footage comes from Pexels.
