What counts as one ad?
One rendered ad in all three formats counts as one. Ads longer than 30 seconds count as two. Drafts, storyboards and revised versions of an ad are free, and failed ads never count.
What happens to ads I don't use?
Your monthly ads reset at the start of each billing period. Unused ads don't carry over.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing page at any time. Your new limits apply straight away.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your billing page in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and there's no cancellation fee.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and every payment comes with an invoice you can download.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card or with the other methods Stripe offers at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
