How ads are counted, what the free trial includes, and how to upgrade, cancel or find invoices.

Free trial

Every new account gets 3 free ads of up to 30 seconds, without a card. The free trial is available once per person.

How ads are counted

• An ad of up to 30 seconds counts as one ad; a longer ad counts as two.
• One ad includes every format you render: 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 together count once.
• Storyboards are free. An ad is only counted when you render it.
• New versions of a rendered ad are free, up to 5 per ad.
• Failed ads never count.
• Unused ads expire at the end of each billing period; they don't carry over.

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

Owners and admins manage the plan under Billing. An upgrade applies straight away, with the price difference calculated for the rest of the period. You can cancel at any time; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.

Invoices and VAT

Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details. Invoices appear under Billing after your first payment. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout. Add your company name and VAT number during checkout or in the workspace settings so they appear on your invoices.
